We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of an HCM platform for clients. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, configure system solutions, conduct testing, train users, and provide post-go-live support. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HR/payroll processes, project delivery methodologies, and client-facing consulting experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead Dayforce HCM implementation projects from discovery through go-live • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders • Configure Dayforce modules including: • Payroll • Workforce Management • Time & Attendance • Benefits • Recruiting • HR Core • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Perform data validation, migration support, and integration coordination • Facilitate workshops, client meetings, and solution demonstrations • Develop functional specifications and process documentation • Train end users, administrators, and support teams • Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors • Maintain knowledge of Dayforce product updates and best practices Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field • 3+ years of Dayforce implementation experience • Strong understanding of HCM and payroll processes • Experience configuring one or more Dayforce modules • Knowledge of implementation methodologies and SDLC processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and client management abilities • Experience with data migration and system integrations • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Dayforce certification(s) • Consulting or professional services background • Experience with SQL, reporting, or APIs • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification • Multi-country payroll or enterprise implementation experience Technical Skills • Dayforce HCM • Payroll systems • HRIS configuration • Data mapping and migration • Excel and reporting tools • Testing/UAT coordination • Process improvement
