We are seeking an Accounting Director to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives for a growing organization. What You’ll Do • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting processes • Oversee general accounting operations, reconciliations, and compliance activities • Manage and develop accounting staff while driving operational efficiency • Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis initiatives • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies • Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements and system enhancements • Assist with strategic projects, integrations, and business initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA preferred • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting • Public accounting experience is a plus • Experience managing teams and improving accounting processes • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
