We are seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to oversee technical accounting research, financial reporting, and accounting policy initiatives for a growing organization. What You’ll Do • Research and analyze technical accounting matters and provide accounting guidance • Prepare and review accounting memos, financial disclosures, and reporting documentation • Support the implementation of new accounting standards and policy updates • Partner with teams on complex transactions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives • Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting and audit support • Help improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies • Support and mentor accounting team members as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • CPA required or strongly preferred • 6+ years of accounting experience with strong technical accounting exposure • Public accounting experience preferred • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Experience preparing technical accounting documentation and analyses • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
