Our client, a growing organization, is looking to add a Finance Leader to their team to own strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making. This is a highly visible role, partnering directly with senior leadership to deliver financial insights, build complex models, and shape long-term business strategy. What You'll Do • Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, cash flow, and scenario planning for new ideas • Prepare financial analyses and leadership-level presentations to support key business decisions • Analyze financial performance, business drivers, and operational trends to surface risks and opportunities • Support the annual budget cycle, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning • Partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights and recommendations • Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects as they arise
