Our recruiting team is seeking an experienced Senior Assurance Associate to support audit, review, and other assurance engagements. This role will perform financial analysis, oversee engagement activities, and provide guidance to junior team members while working closely with clients and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities • Perform audit, review, and assurance procedures. • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers. • Analyze accounts, controls, and financial information. • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete engagements. • Review the work of junior staff and provide coaching and feedback. • Assist with technical accounting research and complex client matters. • Manage engagement deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. • Identify opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and client service. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2–3 years of public accounting or audit experience. • CPA license or significant progress toward CPA certification. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods. • Experience supervising or mentoring junior accounting professionals. • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills. • Experience with audit, review, and compilation engagements.
