Our recruiting team is seeking an experienced Assurance & Audit Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee engagement teams. This role will be responsible for project planning, quality control, team development, and delivering valuable financial insights to clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion. • Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact. • Develop engagement plans, budgets, timelines, and work programs. • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting professionals. • Review financial workpapers and ensure engagement quality. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to clients and leadership. • Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and additional client services. • Conduct technical research and provide solutions to complex accounting matters. • Prepare and deliver presentations and financial summaries. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Active CPA license required. • 5+ years of public accounting or financial audit experience. • Strong knowledge of audit and assurance practices. • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience managing multiple engagements and developing staff. • Strong client relationship and business development abilities. • Proficiency with accounting and audit software. • Ability to travel locally for client engagements. • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods. • Strong commitment to professional development and team leadership.
