Key Responsibilities • Work directly with clients to understand financial and business needs. • Provide guidance on accounting, reporting, and financial processes. • Support financial analysis, reporting, and advisory projects. • Apply accounting knowledge to unique client situations and recommend solutions. • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. • Adapt to different industries, processes, and project requirements. • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, or advisory services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. • Comfortable working independently and with a team. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Public accounting or consulting experience. • Experience with financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting advisory. • CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus.
