Technical Program Manager - MedTech Life Sciences Exton, PA – Hybrid This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex product development initiatives from early planning through launch within the MedTech Life Science Industry. This individual will work closely with engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to successfully deliver both hardware and software-focused programs. Responsibilities: • Lead multiple product development programs from planning through commercial launch. • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. • Coordinate cross-functional engineering and business teams. • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall progress. • Partner with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and development activities. • Manage both hardware and software-related development initiatives. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. • Provide project updates and communicate risks and priorities to leadership. • Support product development processes within a regulated environment. Qualifications: • Experience managing technical projects or programs and cross-functional teams. • Background in a regulated industry such as medical technology, life sciences, aerospace, or defense. • Strong understanding of product development processes from concept through launch. • Technical background with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with both software and hardware development initiatives. • Familiarity with cloud-based software platforms and software development processes. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. • Program Manager title is not required if previous experience demonstrates relevant project leadership. Familiarity with: • FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR 820.30) • GMP and ISO standards (60601, 13485, 14971) • Exposure to both hardware and software product development, including embedded and/or cloud-based systems (preferred) • PMP certification (preferred)
