This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and general accounting activities. This individual will help ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships and accounting controls. Responsibilities: • Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices. • Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation. • Prepare and process check, ACH, and wire payments. • Monitor payment schedules and help prevent late fees. • Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries. • Research and resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies. • Reconcile monthly vendor statements. • Assist with general ledger and month-end close activities. • Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits. • Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls.
