This is an opportunity for an experienced Billing and Collections Manager to oversee healthcare billing, accounts receivable, and collections while leading a team and improving billing and cash collection processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private-pay billing and collections. • Manage claims, denials, follow-up, and payer escalations. • Supervise and support Accounts Receivable Analysts. • Monitor billing and collections for accuracy and timely processing. • Resolve claim issues with insurance payers and third-party billing providers. • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate authorizations and billing. • Identify ways to improve revenue, cash flow, and billing processes. • Support staff training, scheduling, and workflow management. Qualifications: • 5+ years of healthcare billing and collections experience. • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience. • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing. • Healthcare or behavioral health billing experience required. • Strong knowledge of claims, denials, reimbursement, and payer processes. • Experience with third-party billing companies and billing systems. • Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
