Our client, an established organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, support employees and leadership, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees, improving processes and partnering with management on important workforce decisions. What You'll Do • Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns and performance matters • Support recruiting efforts, candidate evaluations and new-hire onboarding • Oversee performance reviews, employee development plans and corrective actions • Ensure compliance with employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, wage and hour regulations and workers' compensation • Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time • Conduct workplace investigations and assist with employee relations issues • Maintain accurate employee records and administer HR policies and procedures • Coordinate employee training and compliance programs • Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, retention and overall HR processes What We're Looking For • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred • Previous HR supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies and employee relations practices • Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration and performance management • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; Kronos experience is a plus • Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred • Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Why Consider This Opportunity?
