What You'll Get • $35–$42 per hour based on experience • Full-time, year-round commercial project work • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability • 401(k) with company match • Stable pipeline of commercial construction projects • Opportunities for long-term leadership growth Why Join the Team • Lead skilled commercial carpentry crews on large-scale projects • Work alongside experienced tradespeople who value quality craftsmanship • Strong leadership and organized field support • Safety-first culture • Stable commercial work year-round • Mentor crews and make a direct impact on project success What You’ll Do • Lead commercial carpentry crews on projects throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State area • Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and workflow • Oversee metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish carpentry • Install doors, frames, hardware, windows, and related building components • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors • Monitor jobsite safety and OSHA compliance • Track productivity and project progress • Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high workmanship standards • Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience with supervisory or foreman responsibilities • Strong background in metal framing, drywall, and commercial finish carpentry • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents • Experience with commercial door, frame, hardware, and ceiling system installation • Strong leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain production schedules • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to travel between local job sites as needed • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in active construction environments Hiring Process • Apply today • Complete a quick phone screening • Interview with our hiring team • Start leading commercial construction projects This company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
