What's in It for You? • $32-$40 per hour, depending on experience and technical capabilities • Full-time employment • Hands-on leadership role with ownership of HVAC installation projects • Variety of residential and light commercial HVAC installation work throughout the Greater Cincinnati area • Opportunity to work directly with an owner who values craftsmanship, accountability, and initiative • Long-term career opportunity with a growing Cincinnati HVAC company • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the company grows Why You’ll Love It Here • Take ownership of HVAC installations without being micromanaged • Work in a culture that values quality workmanship, integrity, accountability, and initiative • Put your HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to work every day • Help set the standard for installation quality in the field • Make decisions and solve real-world installation challenges on the job • Take pride in doing the work correctly and minimizing callbacks • Build a long-term HVAC career with a company focused on growth Your New Role • Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment • Remove and replace existing heating and cooling systems • Complete equipment start-ups, testing, and final system checks • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC installation issues in the field • Ensure HVAC systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes • Read and follow installation instructions, specifications, and job requirements • Coordinate installation activities to keep projects moving efficiently • Provide direction and support to HVAC helpers or junior installers when assigned • Maintain high standards for HVAC workmanship and installation quality • Communicate professionally with customers and team members • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites • Follow established safety procedures and company standards • Take responsibility for completing assigned installations correctly and efficiently • Help prevent callbacks by focusing on quality and getting installations right the first time Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. • Hands-on HVAC installation experience • Previous experience as a Lead HVAC Installer or independently running HVAC installations preferred • Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation • Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment • Working knowledge of ductwork and HVAC system installation • Ability to independently complete HVAC installations from start to finish • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field • EPA Section 608 Certification • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to safely operate HVAC installation tools and equipment • Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with HVAC installation work • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to lead projects, take initiative, and work independently • Dependable and accountable approach to completing quality work • Interest in long-term employment and career growth Cincy Heating & Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
