Your New Role • Work as a full-time HVAC Service Technician based in Crawfordsville, IN 47933, serving Crawfordsville and surrounding counties within approximately a 1-hour radius. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment. • Inspect equipment, identify system problems, and determine appropriate repair solutions. • Clearly explain system findings, repair needs, and service options to homeowners. • Complete service calls with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and safe use of HVAC diagnostic and refrigeration equipment.
