Yellowstone Local is proud to represent Morris Heating & Cooling, a trusted leader in commercial HVAC and refrigeration throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. $28–$42/hour | Company Vehicle + Gas Card | Weekly Pay Morris Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This role is designed for an experienced service technician with 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience who is comfortable handling service calls and solving equipment issues in the field. What You’ll Get • $28–$42 per hour, based on experience • Weekly pay and overtime opportunities • Monday–Friday, full-time schedule • Company vehicle + gas card • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays • Company phone, uniforms, and safety gear • Tool replacement program • $200 annual boot voucher • On-call rotation every 3 weeks • $200 bonus for qualifying emergency calls after 4 PM • Company-paid EPA and Journeyman testing What You’ll Do • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems • Work on rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration issues • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals • Independently handle commercial HVAC/R service calls • Communicate service findings and completed repairs clearly • Participate in the on-call rotation What You Need • 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience • Hands-on experience servicing walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines • Ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment • Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to participate in the on-call rotation • EPA Certification preferred • Journeyman License preferred Ready to Make a Move?
