PPS is seeking a mechanically inclined Assembly Technician / Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Chardon area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has experience using basic hand tools, and is looking for a stable, long-term position. What You’ll Do: • Operate a crimping machine to assemble manufactured components. • Perform basic die changes using hand tools and wrenches. • Make minor machine adjustments and assist with setups. • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We’re Looking For: • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience. • Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred. • Ability to learn new equipment and processes. • Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
