[KEY DUTIES] • Oversee daily HVAC and plumbing service/installation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, workflow, job-site performance, quality control, and compliance. • Lead, coach, and develop field personnel while ensuring exceptional workmanship, professionalism, customer service, and accountability. • Support estimating, equipment/material selection, proposals, and the development and growth of residential and commercial service agreements. [REQUIREMENTS] • Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, or a related service/installation environment, with strong operational or leadership experience. • Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, service calls, customer relations, and field operations. • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with ownership, office staff, technicians, and customers.
