[Duties] • Analyze required bid documents, blueprints, and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project • Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors, Client’s Subcontractor’s, and contractors • Prepare material estimates, Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service [Requirements] • 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience • Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required • Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients [Details] • $80k – $120k a year • Bonus opportunities, 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days • Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and travel as needed.
