Overview: Up to $12,000.00 Sign On Bonus with 1 year working commitment Responsibilities: Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists. Qualifications: Education • Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Required Work Experience • 1 year of related experience as a hospital inpatient or outpatient / ambulatory cardiac sonographer Required Licenses and Certifications • BCLS - Basic Life Support Required and • RCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer Required or • ARDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Required or • CCI - Cardiovascular Credentialing International Required Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital
