We are seeking a talented and passionate Mechanical Designer II to join our growing team. As a designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and impactful design solutions that elevate the lives of our users/clients. You will work closely with the project engineer and other team members to translate concepts into compelling and user-friendly designs. Key Responsibility and Expertise • Proficient in designing and drafting mechanical and plumbing systems including: • Ductwork, Piping, Sanitary systems, Domestic water, Medical gas, Steam, Natural gas • And Water heating systems • Collaborate with engineers to develop and evaluate design concepts. • Assess feasibility of design ideas based on safety, function, and serviceability. • Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and sketches using Revit software. • Develop construction documents and coordinate intermittent submissions. • Work closely with other disciplines to ensure cohesive design integration. • Conduct field investigations and site visits. • Skilled in determining optimal routing and sizing of systems. • High proficiency in Revit design tools and software.
