Responsibilities • Lead and collaborate with design leaders and project teams across all phases of project delivery • Provide technical expertise, including building systems integration, detailing, and code compliance • Contribute to and guide design development, ensuring alignment between concept, documentation, and execution • Mentor emerging professionals and support team growth and development • Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal disciplines to advance cohesive design solutions • Maintain awareness of project scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals • Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio culture Qualifications • Professional degree in Architecture • 10+ years of architectural experience • Demonstrated portfolio reflecting strong design aptitude and built project experience • Excellent technical knowledge, including building systems and code expertise • Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp preferred • Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment. • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
