Position Responsibilities: • Responsible for calculating the material that is required for a construction project or any other type of manufacturing project utilizing our estimating software (Planswift). • Review necessary construction documents and consult with professionals to ensure the highest quality of work. • Participate in daily team strategy and workload meetings and weekly company goal meetings. • Occasionally visit job sites to work with our Field Team to achieve optimal assemblies and results. • Learn and work with proprietary scheduling and communicative software. Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required – Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management • A Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or estimating • Working knowledge of residential construction, business process, and software systems preferred • Ability to multitask which requires strong prioritization and organizational skills. • Incorporate a balance of urgency and quality into all tasks and directives. • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills. • Natural process improvement-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
