What you must have: • An ideal candidate will have four to eight years of experience in employment counseling and litigation, including wage and hour class actions, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases. • Candidates must have superior research and motion drafting abilities, proficiency in taking and defending depositions, and trial and/or trial preparation experience. • Restrictive covenant and traditional labor experience are a plus. • Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California.
