Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney – Hybrid Job ID: 85070 Location: Irvine, California What you will be doing: • Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution. • Prepare legal documents including, but not limited to, pleadings, letters, motions, written discovery, settlement agreements, judgments, subpoenas, and trial briefs. • Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws and precedents. • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service. • Travel to offices and courts throughout Southern California as required. • Exhibit strong time management and billing discipline, consistently maintaining at least 140 billable hours per month. What you must have: • J.D. from an accredited law school. • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. • 1-5 years of legal experience. • Strong writing, research, and oral communication skills. • Experience working independently and collaboratively on complex matters. • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms (ex.
