What You'll Do • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm. • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and schedule home repair and improvement services. • Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day to keep jobs running smoothly. • Assist with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and office support.
