Whether welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing directions, supporting food and beverage operations, or helping guests and patients navigate their day, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through professional, hospitality-focused service. What You’ll Do • Create positive first and last impressions • Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage, mobility equipment, and other service-related needs • Support guest services, hospitality, food and beverage, and other site operations as assigned • Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality • Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas • Complete required documentation and communications accurately What Makes You a Great Fit • Outstanding customer service and communication skills • Reliable, professional, and calm in fast-paced environments • Works well independently and as part of a team • Able to work weekends and/or evenings Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15–$16 per hour.
