Work Model: • On-Site • 100% Travel What You Will Do: • Lead and direct millwright crews, foremen, and general foremen to ensure safe and productive field execution • Assign daily tasks, set clear expectations, and verify that crews understand work plans and priorities • Mentor foremen and crews, building skill, accountability, and consistency across the team • Ensure proper crew staffing, shift planning, and labor allocation to match project needs • Foster a positive, respectful jobsite culture aligned with company values • Enforce all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements with zero compromise • Conduct daily safety meetings, job safety analysis (JSAs), and routine safety inspections • Identify and correct unsafe behaviors or conditions immediately • Monitor installation quality and verify work meets specifications, industry standards, and client expectations What You Will Need to Be Successful: • Proven leadership skills with 5-10 years of construction supervisory experience • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA 10 and 30-Hour Construction Safety certifications • Ability to manage and motivate millwright crews, foremen, and general foremen • Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors • Skilled in monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and maintaining high safety and quality standards Benefits Overview: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Company Truck • Per diem • PTO • Gas Card • $80,000 – $95,000 per year Interested and qualified candidates can contact Alex Borsay at (515) 225-7000 or email [email protected].
