Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/ Year + Bonus DOE

• Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and construction drawings throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor procurement tracking logs to align with project schedules and evolving project demands
• Support QA/QC efforts by verifying installed materials match approved submittals and maintaining thorough photo and written documentation
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring job cost reports, subcontract agreements, and CPM schedule adherence
• Coordinate with subcontractors by providing up-to-date drawings, specifications, and ensuring signed agreements are returned to the office
• Participate in job closeout, enforce OSHA safety standards, and help maintain a safe, compliant job site environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a General Contractor (Senior PEs with ~5 years also welcome)
• Proven commercial construction experience — residential-only backgrounds will not be considered
• Hands-on experience with RFIs and submittals and projects of at least $20–25M in value
• Willingness to travel to project sites primarily in the Stockton/Tracy corridor, with potential South Bay assignments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — sponsorship is not available for this role
Benefits
• 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage for you and your family
• 401(k) Contribution
• Employer contribution into an HSA plus voluntary vision coverage
• 2 weeks + Federal Paid holidays
• Short-term and long-term disability
• Discretionary Annual bonus with a 10% target based on individual performance
