Position Title: Senior Employment Litigation Associate Salary Range: $215,000+ / Year, DOE An established national labor and employment law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate to join its Portland office. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced litigator to take meaningful ownership of employment matters, including developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, handling depositions, participating in mediations and preparing cases for trial. The ideal candidate is a seasoned employment litigator who can independently drive matters forward, exercise sound legal judgment and confidently manage sophisticated cases while collaborating with partners and clients.
