Position Title: Class Action Attorney Take on sophisticated class action litigation without sacrificing the flexibility of a remote practice. A nationally established labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Virtual Office – Class Action Attorney to manage complex employment litigation, develop case strategy, and represent employers in high-stakes class and representative actions. This remote opportunity offers meaningful responsibility, collaboration with attorneys across the firm, and the ability to work on challenging matters for sophisticated clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned employment litigator with significant class action and wage and hour experience who can independently manage complex matters, think strategically, and deliver exceptional written and oral advocacy.
