This attorney will handle a caseload of approximately 10–20 matters, primarily involving landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, with responsibilities spanning client intake, retainers, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances. You’ll work directly with Partner and play a key role in delivering thoughtful, effective representation to clients. They’re looking for a reliable, articulate attorney who brings strong writing and communication skills and at least 3 years of landlord-tenant and eviction litigation experience.
