• Represent the firm professionally while communicating its customized investment strategies and high-touch advisory approach
• Manage travel schedules and business development activities to maximize client engagement and growth opportunities
Requirements
• 3+ years of business development experience within financial services, preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)

• Established professional network within the investment advisory, institutional investment, or high-net-worth client markets
• Within driving distance of Philly for a few days/week of onsite training

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%–60% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with periodic visits to the Philadelphia-area office
• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and commitment to exceptional client service
Benefits
• Competitive base salary with commission-based earning potential
• Uncapped earnings potential tied to new client acquisition and assets under management
• Flexible hybrid work arrangement with significant scheduling autonomy
• $6,000 annual cash stipend in lieu of employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Employer-funded SEP IRA with a 15% annual contribution based on eligible base salary, subject to IRS limits
