A leading national labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Special Counsel Employment Attorney to join its fully remote team. This senior-level, partner-equivalent role is ideal for accomplished employment attorneys who enjoy managing complex cases independently while mentoring junior attorneys. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in employment law, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional client service without the pressures of business development.
