Position Title: Architectural Staff III / Designer III Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000+ DOE This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Architectural Staff III / Designer III to work on meaningful K-12 educational projects throughout California while developing toward future leadership. You'll support Project Architects on large-scale projects, independently manage smaller assignments, and gain valuable client-facing experience in a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality design, mentorship, and long-term career growth. This role is ideal for an architect or designer with strong California K-12 experience who enjoys technical design work, wants to continue growing professionally, and is looking for a long-term home with a stable, highly respected firm.
