Position Title: Midlevel to Senior Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Litigator - LA Salary Range: $210,000–$270,00 / DOE A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is seeking a Midlevel to Senior Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Litigator for its Los Angeles office. This attorney will handle complex restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, including expedited discovery, computer forensics, emergency injunctive relief, depositions, and motion practice in state and federal court. The ideal candidate is a proactive, persuasive litigator who takes ownership of their cases, works effectively across multiple teams, and thrives in a sophisticated but highly collaborative environment.
