Responsibilities The Clinical Laboratory Technologist Generalist will perform the following job duties: • Work closely with and under the guidance of a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform diagnostic laboratory procedures. • Perform laboratory testing accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. • Exercise limited independent judgment while following established laboratory policies and procedures. • Assist with routine diagnostic testing to support quality patient care. • Operate under the supervision of a Laboratory Technologist, Laboratory Supervisor, or Laboratory Director. • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all assigned duties. Qualifications Education Required: Associates Degree in MLS Preferred: Bachelor's degree Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: Florida Clinical Laboratory license (TN) Experience Preferred: Previous laboratory experience Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
