Overview Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with the Florida Practice Act and professional standards • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans • Establish measurable goals and track functional progress • Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence • Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (if assigned) • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams You will practice with clinical autonomy while being supported by the Director of Rehab and a collaborative homecare team.
