Responsibilities Position Summary Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN performs nursing assessments, identifies patient needs, develops individualized care plans, implements appropriate interventions, and evaluates patient outcomes. Qualifications Education: - Diploma/Associate's Degree Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Florida Registered Nurse License - BLS - ACLS - NIH complete prior to completion of orientation
