Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assisting in the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure system functionality. Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business users to maintain alignment and facilitates end-user training and support. Monitors system performance, recommending enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance • Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills • Ability to support system testing and provide end-user training • Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred Preferred experience with PeopleSoft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
