The care team includes a Pediatrician, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, an Internal Medicine Physician, a General Surgeon, and a Psychologist, all working together to deliver high-quality, patient and family-centered care. Opportunity: Physician – Family Medicine Job Details: • Full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity with 32-34 patient contact hours per week • Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM • No outreach required; practice is based solely in Jamestown, ND • OB services required; C-section privileges preferred with training available if needed • Average of 16-20 outpatients per day • Average of 5-10 inpatients per day • Call coverage ratio of 1:13 • One week of inpatient service at a time, rotated among all community physicians • Onsite services include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Pathology/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Tobacco Cessation • Outreach services available include ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, and Weight Loss (non-surgical) • Physician serves as leader of a Care Team, working collaboratively to achieve patient care objectives and continuity of care • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
