Opportunity: Physician – Family Medicine Job Details: • Seeking one Family Medicine physician with no OB requirement to join an experienced Primary Care team • Work schedule of 32-36 patient contact hours per week with an average of 12 clinic patients per day • Join a collaborative care team currently consisting of 1 family physician and 3 advanced practitioners • Function as a leader of a Care Team, working collaboratively with other healthcare team members to achieve patient care objectives • Provide continuity of care for patients and families utilizing established care processes • Call schedule: Weekdays and weekends at a 1:4 ratio, including one weekend per month and one weekday per week • On-call coverage to include Inpatient, Emergency Department, and Nursing Home coverage • Clinic provides on-call care on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays • BC/BE Family Medicine certification required Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
