Opportunity: Physician – Urology Job Details: • 24-hour call coverage from 0700-0700 as the sole Urology provider on call, with APP back-up support • Full-time position beginning 06/08/2026 with ongoing need • 3 full clinic days per week, with 1 of every 3 clinic days designated as in-office procedure days • Average of 2 days per week dedicated to OR block time • Clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM • Up to 16 patient encounters per shift • In-office procedures include cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing • Call coverage averages 3-4 days per month • EPIC experience required • Clean background required; clean history may qualify for expedited privileges • Board certification required; credentialing timeframe is 90-120 days • Active Washington State license or IMLC required • Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS • Required skills include: General Adult Urology, Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, Renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) • Nearest airport: Seattle-Tacoma International (Sea-Tac) Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
