Assistant Shop Manager | Glass Doctor of North Texas Compensation: $18-$23 per hour (based on experience) Keep the Shop Running, Keep the Jobs Moving Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who takes pride in a well-run shop. You're the backbone that keeps materials flowing, inventory accurate, and every IGU (insulated glass unit) built right — so our glaziers can show up to every job with exactly what they need. If you're organized, hands-on, and like knowing where everything is and why — this is your shop.
