Our water division requires our technicians to work closely with plumbers, insurance agents, and homeowners to mitigate water damages and restore peace of mind to our customers. What We’re Looking For • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on water mitigation experience. • Software: Knowledge and understanding of Xactimate/Xactware software is a major plus. • Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude. • Drive: A team player who is equally comfortable working independently and has a desire to learn from the best in the industry.
