Education, Licensures & Certifications: • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Licensed RN in Illinois • Current BLS/CPR certification • ACLS and PALS certification required per policy Experience: • Critical care, ICU, or emergency nursing experience preferred • Strong ability to manage high-acuity patients and complex care situations Key Responsibilities: • Deliver specialized nursing care following ICU protocols and best practices. • Assess, stabilize and manage patients with life-threatening conditions. • Administer medications, IV therapies and advanced clinical interventions. • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary teams. • Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses and critical changes. • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations and professional standards. • Participate in ongoing training, certification and professional development.
