* This position is open due to tremendous growth.
* The volumes and demand are here – adding another location.
* This is a mix of General and Sports, Upper Extremities, and/or Joints.
* The new Surgeon will have at least two surgery days.
* Call is 1 in 4.
* The offices run on EMR.
* Base plus very achievable production.
* 45% of collections.
* There is a track to Partnership.
* Additional option buy-in to the building.
