While completion of an accredited geriatric fellowship is preferred, it is not required. Clinical services provided to our geriatric patients include clinic-based primary care, inpatient care, home health and hospice care, as well as both skilled and long-term care in several local nursing facilities. The ideal candidate feels comfortable with complex multi-morbidity, enjoys working with and advocating for high-risk populations, and is excited to teach principles of geriatric care to the next generation of family physicians.
