100 miles to Oklahoma City 250 miles to Dallas & Kansas City Southwest Airlines Hub Second largest city in OK with a population close to 500,000 with Ballet, Opera and Symphony Orchestra FM Residency & Cardiology Fellowship here Board Certified or Board Eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join an established cardiology program • A dedicated 100 bed cardiovascular specialty hospital within the main campus, with staffed 800 adult acute beds. • Non-invasive and interventional cardiology, cardiac imaging (CT and MRI). • Electrophysiology (CRM, ICD and atrial fibrillation ablative procedures) • Vascular surgery (open and endovascular) • Cardiothoracic surgery (coronary revascularization, high risk surgical valve repair/ replacement) • Structural heart and valve center (TAVR, MitraClip, ASD/ PFO closure, VSD closure, Left Atrial Appendage Closure) This position will benefit from: • 2,000 CHF discharges per year across the system. • Established clinical research program. • Impella and ECMO support available. • Embedded within the Saint Francis cardiology group of 23 cardiologists and 12 APPs. • A central CHF clinic with APP support for inpatient and outpatient services. • A high-volume ambulatory practice with an established referral base and hospital presence • A favorable and balanced call schedule Fellowship: HFT Skill:
