Hospitalist Medical Director in St. Louis metro
St. Louis Suburb
5 miles to the Airport
15 miles to the Arch
Monday-Friday Day Hospitalist position.
Position is .25 clinical and .75 Administrative (4 clinical shifts per month).
Must have at least 3-4 years experience as a Hospitalist Medical Director.
Experience leading a large team is a plus.
Strong collaboration with C-Suite.
$324,000 base compensation plus multiple incentives including PTO.
