We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 100 unit apartment complex in Fredonia, NY. This position is covering a leave for about a month. The position is paying $21-$23/hours with a schedule of 8:30am – 5pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities include: • Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met. • Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames. • Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management. • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. • Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds. • Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor. • Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. • Affordable housing experience is a plus but not necessary. #toponehire
